Version: 2.5 · Last updated: 8 October 2026

Database owner (בעל מאגר המידע): Raam Intelligence (Israel) Ltd, company no. 517192654, 16 Bar Kochva Street, Bnei Brak, Israel ("Raam Intelligence," "we," "us," "our"), operator of the RaamTrade platform (the "Platform"). Privacy contact: [email protected].

Current availability. RaamTrade is currently in Closed Alpha (invite-only) and is intended, at this stage, for users in Israel only; access is provided through a personal invitation. This Policy is written to meet, and in accordance with, the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and Amendment 13 to that Law.

The Hebrew version is the operative and governing text for all purposes with respect to users in Israel; this English version is a convenience translation.

1. About this Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data RaamTrade collects, why, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It applies to everyone who registers for, connects a broker to, or otherwise uses the Platform. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.

2. The data we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Platform for you. Sorted by sensitivity:

3. Especially-sensitive data

Your trading and financial data — your broker connection tokens, the trading-activity data reflected from your broker account (positions, orders, capital, profit/loss), and the intellectual property in your strategies — constitute especially-sensitive information (מידע רגיש במיוחד) as defined in the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, following Amendment 13. Accordingly, we apply heightened security duties to this data.

4. How we use your data, and the basis for processing

Purpose of processingBasis for processing

Authenticate you and keep your account and the Platform secureProviding the service you requested; and a legitimate interest, as understood under Israeli law, in proper administration, securing the service, and preventing fraud
Maintain a records/audit trail of platform actions (orders, halts, strategy starts/stops, broker connect/disconnect)A legitimate interest, as understood under Israeli law, in proper administration, debugging, and an accurate record; and a legal obligation where applicable
Operate, debug, and improve the Platform, including with aggregated and anonymised analytics (after removing identifying details)A legitimate interest, as understood under Israeli law, in properly operating and improving the service
Send you service messages and the alerts you configureProviding the service you requested; your consent where required

Comply with law and respond to lawful requestsLegal obligation

We do not use your data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. For the avoidance of doubt, automated execution of trades by the Platform carries out your own instructions and does so solely to fulfil them; it is not a decision we make about you. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Your broker connection — how we handle the tokens

Because broker tokens are the most sensitive data we hold, we handle them on a least-privilege basis — granting only the minimum access strictly necessary:

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

7. International transfers

The Platform is operated from Israel. Our primary hosting and several of the service providers that process data on our behalf are located in the United States (for example, Google Cloud region us-east4, and Anthropic and OpenAI for RaamAI), so your personal data is transferred to and processed in the United States. We base these transfers on contractual safeguards with those service providers — undertakings of confidentiality, security, and data protection — in accordance with our obligations under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and Amendment 13, so that your data remains protected outside Israel.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. After you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 12 months — except for records we are required or permitted to keep longer, which we retain only for as long as that purpose needs and then delete or anonymise. In particular: order and trade records may be retained for up to seven (7) years — to defend against claims, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, and where the law requires us to keep them; charge records and the tax documents we issued to you may be retained for up to seven (7) years, including after your account is closed — where the law requires us to keep them, and to resolve disputes about charges; and security and audit logs are retained for up to 365 days. Broker tokens are deleted when you disconnect your broker or close your account. Deletion or anonymisation as described applies to our active systems; copies held in secured backup records are removed through the ordinary backup-rotation cycle within a reasonable period thereafter, and are not in active use in the meantime. A RaamAI conversation you delete is removed from your view immediately; we retain it for audit and compliance for a limited period (currently 90 days), and in any case no longer than the general 12-month rule above, before deleting or anonymising it.

9. How we protect it

We encrypt your data in transit using TLS, and we encrypt your broker connection tokens at rest using Google Cloud KMS. Internally we apply access controls and access minimization, restrict access to broker tokens — by technical and organizational measures — so they are not accessible to staff or administrators in normal operation, and store passwords only as salted hashes. We work to fulfil the security duties that apply to us under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law and Amendment 13, applying security controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to detect and respond to incidents.

10. Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and Amendment 13, you have the following rights:

In addition, as a matter of company policy and beyond what the law requires, we also let you ask us to restrict or object to certain processing, receive a portable copy of the data you provided in a machine-readable form, and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent.

By law, you may exercise these rights and bring a proceeding without needing to prove damage. To exercise any of these, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within the time the law requires.

11. Data Protection Officer

Because Raam Intelligence's core activity involves processing especially-sensitive data, we have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). You may contact the Data Protection Officer — Raam Intelligence (Israel) Ltd — with any question or request regarding your personal data at [email protected].

12. Communications and marketing email

We send transactional messages — about your account, security, invitations, and the service itself — as part of operating the Platform; you cannot opt out of these while your account is active. Marketing email and product or feature announcements are sent only if you opt in. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

13. Cookies

During the current Closed Alpha we use only strictly necessary cookies — for authentication, security, and keeping you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this Policy and obtain consent where the law requires it.

14. Careers

If and when we make a careers page available (for example, at raamtrade.com/careers) and you apply through it, we will collect the CV and contact details you provide and process them solely for recruitment and to assess your application. In that case we will retain them for up to 12 months after the recruitment process ends, unless you consent to a longer period (for example, so we can contact you about future openings).

15. Children

RaamTrade is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

16. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. For material changes we will give notice through the Platform and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.
