RaamTrade — Terms of Service

Version: 2.3 · Last updated: 14 September 2026

Operating entity: Raam Intelligence (Israel) Ltd, company no. 517192654, 16 Bar Kochva Street, Bnei Brak, Israel ("Raam Intelligence," "we," "us," "our"). Raam Intelligence operates the RaamTrade platform (the "Platform" or "RaamTrade"). Contact: [email protected].

Current availability. RaamTrade is currently offered as a Closed Alpha (invite-only), available in Israel only. During the Closed Alpha you can trade through your own connected broker account — either a live account (real money) or a Simulated account (for example, the TradeStation SIM environment) — or through a Paper Trading account provided by RaamTrade. Automated trading on a live account starts only after you review your staged changes on the Save & Trade screen — which strategy starts, and on which account — and press Send; from then on the strategy places orders automatically, with no separate confirmation per order.

The Hebrew version of these Terms is the binding and governing text for all purposes with respect to users in Israel; this English version is a convenience translation.

0. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Raam Intelligence governing your access to and use of RaamTrade. By creating an account, clicking "I accept," or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You also agree to our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. One feature carries supplementary terms you accept separately when you first use it — the RaamAI Terms of Use (before using RaamAI); they supplement these Terms and prevail over them only for RaamAI. If you use RaamTrade as a Member of a Partner (as those terms are defined in Section 1; see Section 9), the applicable Partner terms also apply to that part of your activity.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

2. Nature of the service, its limits, and the company's status

RaamTrade is do-it-yourself trading software. It gives you professional tools to build, test, optimize, and run your own trading strategies on your own connected brokerage account. The following are binding representations about what we do and do not do:

  1. We are not an investment adviser. Raam Intelligence is not licensed under the Israeli Regulation of Investment Advice, Investment Marketing and Portfolio Management Law, 5755-1995, and does not provide investment advice, investment marketing, or portfolio management as defined by that law.
  2. We provide no strategy. RaamTrade does not recommend, rank, curate, or supply trading strategies. We do not publish "popular," "suggested," or "best" lists, leaderboards, or signals. Strategies come from you (your RaamCode), from open, editable Example Strategies you adapt for yourself, or — where you are a Member who belongs to a Partner's program — from the tweakable Templates that Partner provides, which you must configure yourself before they run. Tools such as the optimizer and Walk-Forward Analysis are analytical techniques you invoke over a search space you define — we run the math you asked for. Default parameter values and default optimization ranges, wherever the Platform shows them — including in Example Strategies and Templates — are examples only: they carry no recommendation, suggestion, or view as to suitable values, and choosing your values and ranges is yours alone. RaamTrade does not tell or suggest what to trade, when to trade, or the value of any security, and supplies no strategy of its own.
  3. The company's status; the company does not act as a broker and exercises no discretion. Raam Intelligence does not act as a broker, introducing broker, exchange, trustee, custodian, or money transmitter, and does not hold your funds or financial assets. The Platform is technological infrastructure through which orders generated according to the Strategies and settings you yourself set and approved are transmitted electronically to your own authorized Connected Broker; Raam Intelligence exercises no investment discretion and does not decide for you whether to trade, or in what security, at what time, on which side, in what quantity, or at what price. Every order is yours, and the brokerage relationship sits solely between you and your broker.
  4. All trading decisions are yours. Every decision to build, configure, run, start, stop, buy, sell, or hold is your sole responsibility.
  5. We are not a social-trading platform, and we enable no following. The Platform does not show you transactions executed by another user or any other person, the trading results or portfolio composition of another person's account, their returns, or any ranking of users' or strategies' performance; it does not let you "follow" another person's trading activity; and it performs no automatic following — the Platform does not execute actions in your account that track another person's investment actions, and it contains no path by which activity in one person's account triggers orders in another's. Orders are generated in your account solely by the strategy logic you yourself configured and approved, running on market data. A Partner Template is configurable code you must set up yourself (Section 9) — it is not a mirror of the Partner's account, and running it does not follow trades made by the Partner or by anyone else.
Standing disclaimer. Raam Intelligence (Israel) Ltd is not licensed under the Israeli Regulation of Investment Advice, Investment Marketing and Portfolio Management Law, 5755-1995, and does not engage in providing investment advice, investment marketing, or portfolio management as defined by that law. The Platform provides software tools and education to help users build, test, and execute their own trading strategies on their own connected brokerage accounts. Raam Intelligence does not hold customer funds, does not execute orders, is not a broker, and exercises no investment discretion; every order is the user's, is generated according to settings the user set and approved, and is transmitted electronically through the user's own authorized broker. All data, tools, and analytical outputs (including optimization, Walk-Forward Analysis, and backtesting) are provided for educational and analytical purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or an inducement to trade. Past performance and backtesting results do not guarantee or indicate future results. All trading decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.

3. Eligibility

To use RaamTrade you must:

  1. be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
  2. own and be authorized on the brokerage account you connect (Section 4);
  3. not be a person or entity subject to sanctions, and not be located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargo (Section 14); and
  4. access the Platform only where doing so is lawful. RaamTrade is not offered where its provision or use would be prohibited. During the current Closed Alpha (invite-only) it is available in Israel only.

Closed Alpha participation. RaamTrade is pre-release software, offered during the Closed Alpha to invited users only. By participating you understand and agree that: (i) your invitation is personal and non-transferable, and we may withdraw Closed Alpha access at any time, with or without notice; (ii) features may change, be withdrawn, or behave unexpectedly, and the Platform is provided without any service-level commitment (Section 11); (iii) at the end of the Closed Alpha, or when we move to a new version of the Platform, we may need to reset or delete Platform data such as strategies, boards, and results — we will give notice through the Platform where practicable, and this never affects your positions, orders, or records at your broker; and (iv) feedback, suggestions, and bug reports you give us may be used by Raam Intelligence freely and without obligation to you, and grant you no right in the Platform. Nothing in this paragraph reduces your ownership of your User Content (Section 6) or any mandatory right you have under law.

4. Your account, security, and your Connected Broker

Your account. You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

Your Connected Broker. The brokerage relationship is between you and your broker. By connecting a broker you represent that you are the rightful owner of, and are authorized to use, that account. We may require proof of that authorization and may suspend the connection if it is not provided.

When you connect a broker, you authorize RaamTrade to act as a conduit for your own instructions:

Market data. The market data shown to you on the Platform and consumed by the tools you run — including charts, data feeds, and backtests — is retrieved through your own broker connection, under the data entitlements of your own account with your broker, and is subject to the agreements between you and your broker and the data providers and exchanges behind it — including your obligation to declare your professional or non-professional subscriber status to your broker truthfully, where required. The Platform is not the source of the market data and distributes no market data of its own, and without an active broker connection no real market data is shown to you. Market data is for your use within the Platform only: you may not redistribute, republish, sell, or extract it from the Platform (Section 7). Rights in market data remain with the exchanges and providers, and its supply may be limited or discontinued if your data entitlement with your broker lapses or changes. If in the future we make data available to you from additional sources other than your broker (for example, public feeds or licensed data), we will update these Terms, and the supply of such data will be subject to the relevant source's terms and to the usage restrictions presented alongside it.

5. Licence to use the Platform

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use the Platform for your own personal trading purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved to Raam Intelligence.

You may not, and may not permit others to: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble it; circumvent its security, rate limits, or access controls; or probe, benchmark to expose, or attempt to derive the internals of the Platform's optimization engine or other proprietary methods. The performance and design of the optimization engine are confidential trade secrets of Raam Intelligence; misuse of them may constitute misappropriation of a trade secret under the Commercial Torts Law, 5759-1999. The same applies to the RaamCode tooling: you may not decompile or disassemble the RaamCode transpiler, runtime, or execution components, attempt to reconstruct how they work, or develop, distribute, or operate an alternative compiler, translator, or runtime for the RaamCode language or for code written in it — the language is open for writing strategies for your own use on the Platform, not for rebuilding its tooling.

6. Your strategies and content

The user's ownership of content they create. You retain full rights in your RaamCode Strategies and your other User Content. We do not claim ownership of your Strategies, and we do not publish them or make them visible to other users without your action. You are not required to publish your User Content, in whole or in part; any publication or sharing is done solely on your initiative and at your choice.

Licence you grant us. You grant Raam Intelligence a limited licence to host, store, compile, run, backtest, and optimize your User Content, and to display it back to you, solely to provide the Platform to you. We reserve the right to use, in the future, de-identified, aggregated data derived from Platform usage to operate and improve the Platform, provided that such data is processed so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify you or reconstruct your trading.

Examples and Templates. Example Strategies remain the intellectual property of Raam Intelligence, and Partner Templates remain the intellectual property of the relevant Partner, each licensed to you for use on the Platform. When you "Save As" and edit a copy, you own the edited copy you create.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the User Content you submit, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate any law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  1. break any law, regulation, exchange rule, or your broker's own terms;
  2. manipulate markets or engage in any form of market abuse (including wash trading, spoofing, layering, or front-running);
  3. provide investment advice, investment marketing, or portfolio management to any third party, or otherwise use RaamTrade to operate a regulated advisory or money-management activity for others;
  4. reverse-engineer the Platform or probe, benchmark, or attempt to derive the optimization engine (Section 5);
  5. access another user's data, account, or Strategies, or attempt to;
  6. distribute malware, or submit Strategies designed to abuse Platform infrastructure rather than execute genuine trading logic;
  7. scrape or extract data beyond normal use, or overload the Platform (excessive API calls, denial-of-service, resource abuse);
  8. create multiple accounts to evade limits, bans, or trial restrictions; or
  9. solicit Partners or other users off the Platform in breach of these Terms.

8. Analytical Output and assumption of risk

Trading involves a substantial risk of loss, including the loss of your entire invested capital. You assume all of that risk, and you alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes. There is no guarantee of profit. You should trade only with funds you can afford to lose in full, without impairing your financial position.

All Output — including backtests, optimization results, Walk-Forward Analysis, and paper-trading results — is hypothetical and for educational and analytical purposes only. Hypothetical and backtested results have inherent limitations: they are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, do not reflect actual trading, may not account for all real-world costs (slippage, broker fees, market impact), and may reflect market conditions that no longer apply. Past, backtested, hypothetical, and optimized performance does not indicate future results. We restate this in short form at the point where Output is presented; the absence of a restatement anywhere does not waive it.

9. Partners, Members, and Partner Content

RaamTrade can be used by individuals on their own, and by Members who participate through a Partner (a content Partner, as defined in Section 1). "Partner Content" means everything a Partner publishes on the Platform for its Members: courses and lessons, Templates, indicators, trading schedules (Sessions), and the materials that accompany them. This Section is the terms of use for Partner Content; it has no separate acceptance document — accepting these Terms includes it.

a. What a Partner provides. A Partner provides education and tweakable Templates only. A Partner's Template is a scaffold: you must configure it yourself — parameters, symbols, position size, and account — before it can run, and the configuration you chose and the decision to run it are yours. A Partner does not provide ready-to-run strategies, signals, or advice through the Platform. Partner Content does not include any live track record or any systematic or cumulative display of the actual trading results of any real account — the Partner's or anyone else's — and running Partner Content in your account does not follow any account (Section 2(5)); performance results the Platform shows for Partner Content are hypothetical Output only.

b. Releases; shown and hidden source. A Partner's Templates, strategies, and indicators are made available as frozen, numbered copies ("Releases"); a Release you run never changes underneath you — a Partner publishing a new Release does not change a strategy already running in your account, and a version change takes effect only on the next deployment you yourself perform: on deployment you receive the Release you pinned, or, if you pinned none, the latest published Release. Where a Release was published with shown source, you may read the code and "Save As"; the copy you create is your User Content for every purpose — owned by you, no longer attributed to the Partner, and not subject to its limits — and the original code remains the Partner's intellectual property. Where a Release was published with hidden source, it runs in compiled form only: you may not access, copy, decompile, or attempt to extract its source or logic, and running it is attributed to the Partner and subject to the Plan limits it set.

c. Plan limits; membership is additive. A Partner's control is scoped only to the content that Partner provides — including Plan limits on allowed strategies and on the capital or number of contracts that content may deploy; the Platform enforces those limits. A Partner has no control over, or access to, strategies you created yourself, your broker connection, your account, or your orders, and membership is additive: you remain a full do-it-yourself trader for anything you build yourself.

d. No endorsement, no review. The Partner operates independently of Raam Intelligence. We do not write Partner Content, do not review, verify, or approve it, and do not vouch for it, for the Partner, or for its results; their presence on the Platform means only that the Partner was admitted and entered into a Partner Agreement with Raam Intelligence, and implies no recommendation. Performance results shown for Partner Content are hypothetical Output, and Section 8 applies to them in full. The Partner alone is responsible for meeting the legal and licensing requirements that apply to it; a Partner's admission to the Platform is no representation or approval of its compliance with law and does not make Raam Intelligence responsible for its acts or omissions — all without derogating from any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

e. Your relationship with the Partner. Any payment to a Partner, and any agreement between you and it, is made and performed outside the Platform, between you and the Partner alone; Raam Intelligence is not a party to it, does not collect, process, or facilitate such payments, and does not mediate or decide disputes between you and a Partner. The Partner alone is responsible for its regulatory status and its compliance with law. Through the Platform a Partner sees that you are a Member of its program, the Tiers granted to you, the contact details it itself supplied for you, and aggregate usage data about its content — never your broker tokens, balances, orders, or positions (see the Privacy Policy).

f. Leaving, revocation, and removal. You may leave a Partner's program at any time, and a Partner may revoke your entitlement to its content or stop offering it. In any such case, and where we suspend or remove a Partner or Partner Content (including for a credible complaint, a regulator's request, or content that crosses the Platform's rules): your access to that Partner Content ends and you cannot deploy it again; a strategy of that Partner already running on your account keeps running unchanged, per the trading route you yourself configured and approved at deployment, until you stop it; the Partner's Plan limits are checked when a deployment is approved, and an approved route can no longer be modified or redeployed after access ends. The Platform never force-closes a position — and we may stop such a strategy on reasonable advance notice, or immediately where a concrete security, fraud, or malicious-content concern or a legal demand requires it (Section 15). Your positions and orders at your broker are not touched. "Save As" copies you created from shown source remain yours. To report suspected fraud, misleading claims, or a violation: [email protected].

10. Subscriptions, payments, taxes, and refunds

On the Platform you can buy, with a payment card, a seat — your level of use of the Platform, bought for monthly periods — as well as a RaamAI credit pack and a run-unit pack, which are one-off purchases. Prices are stated in US dollars and include VAT; the charge itself is made in new Israeli shekels, at the conversion rate we set and publish, and the shekel amount you will be charged is shown to you on the payment page before you buy. The following terms apply to every purchase:

  1. a seat is charged in advance for one month and renews automatically every month — on the same day of the month on which it was bought (and, in a shorter month, on that month's last day) — by charging the payment card on file, until you cancel; before each renewal we send you a notice stating the shekel amount of the charge and its date. A credit pack and a run-unit pack are charged once, at the time of purchase;
  2. you may cancel a seat at any time through the Platform; cancellation stops future renewals, and the seat stays in effect until the end of the period already paid for;
  3. except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable for partial or unused periods, and the price paid for a credit pack or a run-unit pack is non-refundable, including for any unused balance; and
  4. prices include VAT, and for every charge we issue you a tax invoice-receipt (חשבונית מס קבלה), available in your account settings; apart from the VAT included in the price, you are responsible for any tax that applies to you.

A seat starts at once and is not refunded. A seat you buy takes effect as soon as the payment completes, and credits and run units you buy are available to you at once. Cancelling stops the next renewal only — the seat stays in effect until the end of the period you paid for, and there is no refund for the paid period or for a pack you bought. Your mandatory consumer rights are preserved. Nothing in this Section removes any right of cancellation of transaction or "cooling-off" period you have under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations. Where a seat or a pack constitutes a "distance sale" of content or goods available for immediate use, an exception to the cancellation right may apply under the Consumer Protection Law and the Cancellation of Transaction Regulations — but nothing in these Terms removes a cancellation right you have under the law.

11. Disclaimers — "as is"

THE PLATFORM, ITS DATA, AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT MARKET DATA, BACKTESTS, OR OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

Without limiting the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. Market data and other financial information come from third-party sources (including your broker and data providers); we do not verify them, and they may be wrong, partial, delayed, out of order, or unavailable, and may be corrected retroactively.
  2. Analytical Output — backtests, optimization, Walk-Forward Analysis, and paper trading — may contain errors, approximations, and model assumptions (including fill, slippage, fee, and session models), and live results can differ materially from any hypothetical result.
  3. Software faults. The Platform may contain bugs. A strategy, alert, or automation mechanism may fail to act, act late, or act wrongly — including not sending an order, sending a wrong or duplicate order, or failing to start or to stop a strategy. You must size positions and set broker-side protections on the assumption that such faults can occur.
  4. Third-party dependence. The service depends on your broker, on data providers, and on cloud, network, and communications infrastructure; a failure, change, or limitation at any of them may interrupt or corrupt the service, and their systems and terms are outside our control.
  5. Maintenance and suspension. We may take the Platform down for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason, with or without notice.
  6. No monitoring, no fiduciary duty. We do not monitor your account, your strategies, or your positions for you, and we owe you no fiduciary duty and no duty of care beyond what these Terms state. You are responsible for your own equipment, connectivity, and account security, and for verifying any Output before relying on it.

Automation may be delayed or fail. Alerts, live execution, and semi-automatic execution depend on software, networks, market data, and your broker, and may be delayed, fail, or misfire for reasons outside our control. Automated trading on a live account starts only after you review your staged changes on the Save & Trade screen — which strategy starts, and on which account — and press Send. You must not rely on the Platform's automation as the sole means of monitoring your account or managing your positions; you are responsible for monitoring your account, primarily through your broker's own interface, which is authoritative.

Stopping a strategy, orders, and positions. Stopping a running strategy prevents its future automated actions; it does not cancel any order already sent to the broker — including orders you placed manually — and open positions remain open, unless you explicitly choose, on the stop screen, to close all positions, in which case market orders are sent to close them. Deleting a running strategy triggers such a close attempt for the positions it manages. The Platform does not place resting protective orders (such as stop-losses) in your broker account; protection levels defined by a strategy are enforced by the Platform only while it runs. A position left open after a stop, disconnect, or outage is no longer managed by the Platform, and you must monitor and manage it directly at your broker; disconnecting a broker stops the automation services only, and neither cancels orders nor closes positions.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any feature at any time. A Platform outage suspends the automation services only; it does not affect your access to your broker account, the assets held in it, or your ability to manage your positions through your broker's interface. For clarity, while automation is suspended your Strategy does not run, and open positions may be left without automated management.

This Section operates subject to the preserved mandatory provisions in Section 12; nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT RAAM INTELLIGENCE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER — WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY, AND INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL AND ANY TRADING LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM, YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE IT, ANY STRATEGY YOU RUN OR ORDER TRANSMITTED ON YOUR BEHALF, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY BROKER, DATA FEED, OR SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN ANY EVENT, AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF FIFTY US DOLLARS (US $50).

Preservation of mandatory rights. Nothing in this Section limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful harm, death or personal injury, fraud, and the mandatory rights of consumers and of privacy protection. The amount stated above is a floor on the company's exposure and does not derogate from those mandatory provisions, which apply by law notwithstanding anything else in these Terms.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raam Intelligence and its officers, employees, agents, and vendors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your Strategies and trading decisions, your User Content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any dispute between you and your broker or a Partner. Nothing in this Section requires you to indemnify Raam Intelligence for loss caused by an act or omission of Raam Intelligence for which its liability cannot be excluded under law.

14. Sanctions, export control, and local-law compliance

You represent that you are not a sanctioned person and are not located in a sanctioned or embargoed jurisdiction, and that you will comply with all applicable sanctions and export-control laws. We may request documentation and may suspend or terminate access on any sanctions, anti-money-laundering, or related risk.

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction, including securities, tax, and capital-controls laws. KYC of the user is performed by your broker, not by RaamTrade. Partners are admitted to the Platform only after a verification, identification, and approval process (including signing the Partner agreement); a KYC obligation of this kind does not apply to individual end-users.

15. Suspension and termination

By you. You may stop any running Strategy at any time, and you may close your account at any time through the Platform or by contacting us. Your right to stop your own automation is unconditional.

By us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or illegal activity, a sanctions/AML or KYC failure, a law-enforcement or regulatory requirement, a security or technical issue, or discontinuance of the service. Where practicable we will give notice; in cases of fraud, legal requirement, or security threat we may act without notice.

Effect of termination. Your licence to use the Platform ends, active Strategies are stopped, and broker connections are disconnected. Your positions and orders at your broker are not touched — they remain exactly as they were, under your control through your broker. No refund is due on a termination for cause, subject to your mandatory consumer rights. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 5, 6, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 18, and 19) survive termination.

16. Privacy and data

Our handling of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. In particular, we handle your broker connection tokens with only the minimum access necessary, encrypt them at rest using Google Cloud KMS, and use them only to provide the services you request; the company's staff and administrators are not exposed to these tokens in the ordinary course of work, and we do not retain your raw broker login credentials. Raam Intelligence works to implement the requirements of the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13 to it, and applies organizational and technical measures to protect your personal data.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give advance notice through the Platform and, where required, ask you to re-accept before continued use. Your continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. Changes never remove a mandatory consumer right you have under law.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved informally, the parties agree to refer it first to mediation or arbitration in Israel through the Israeli Center for Mediation and Arbitration, before turning to the courts. A party who turns to a court instead of first referring the matter to mediation or arbitration as described will bear the other party's resulting costs in the amount of NIS 2,500, unless the court determines otherwise.

Any dispute not resolved as described is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.

Nothing in this Section removes the mandatory consumer protections of the law applicable to you, your right to complain to the Privacy Protection Authority or the Israel Securities Authority, or any other mandatory right to bring proceedings before the courts.

19. General

Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure, and the RaamAI Terms of Use where they apply, are the entire agreement between you and Raam Intelligence regarding the Platform. No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. No third-party beneficiaries. No agency. Nothing here creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship. Contracting party. Your agreement is with Raam Intelligence (Israel) Ltd alone; no affiliated company is a party to these Terms or owes you anything under them. Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Language. These Terms are drafted in Hebrew, and the Hebrew version is the binding and governing text with respect to users in Israel; any translation into another language, including this English version, is provided for convenience only.
